Siesta Key 2010

This was the first family vacation that Brad has had with his parents and brother in years!!  It was so nice to spend the week relaxing on the beach and playing with the kids!  And any time we get with Brian and Heather is wonderful.  Brad’s older brother, Brian and his wife Heather, live in Arizona so we do not get to spend the time we would like to with them.  This trip was a real treat for the kids, they enjoy B and Heather so much!!

Blake is 3!!!

Wow, I cannot believe Blake is 3!  Life has never gone so fast, I feel like I am always looking back because I don’t want to forget.  This time is so precious and I don’t want to blink for fear it will pass me by.    Blake is growing and each day he surprises me with what he says and does….he is our little parrot and you never know what he will say and when!  So if you do not want it repeated, don’t say it with in an ear shot of Blake!!

Blake celebrated his 3rd birthday at 5 Star Gymnastics with all of his friends………….

Here are some more pictures of Blake’s party!

Werehavingababyit’saGIRL!!!!

So I have always wanted to make a collect call like this….I just loved that commercial:)  However, with cell phones and no one having a land line anymore it makes it hard to call someone collect….

Brad and I are expecting ANOTHER baby in August and it is a GIRL!!!  Blake is thrilled, he is always laying his head on my belly and telling me she says “Blake”!!  He will be such a great Big Brother!!!  Max, well Max is not a big fan of Mommy or Daddy holding anyone but him!!  Well we can hold other babies as long as we are holding him too!!!

We are thrilled, scared, excited, overwhelmed and above all, filled with love for her!  It will be a challenge with 3 kiddos 3 and under, but we can do it….with a little help:)

Looking forward to welcoming our little bundle the end of August, until them, I will continue to buy PINK and BOWS, and maybe we will find the perfect name!!

Max’s first haircut!

On November 27th Brad forced me into getting Max a hair cut!  I loved his big curls and long hair, I even tried to talk Blake into letting his grow too!  However, that did not work.  On the 27th both boys went to see Melissa!  Max did so well, he watched Blake first (and Blake loves to get his hair cut, I think it is because of the suckers!)  so he was not scared and very eager to do whatever his big brother does!

Here are a few of Shaker’s, he is such a big boy, he sits in the seat all by himself!!!

Max is 1!!!

I can not believe how fast this past year has went!  (i bet this will not be the last time I say that)  Max Attack, my baby, is turning into a big boy!  I feel like he was never a “baby”, he crawled in May(6 months) and was walking/running in August (9 months).  He wants to do whatever his big brother does and does not want to be held.  He is a boy on the go!  Max loves to eat and play with Zoe, he will play with the choo-choo trains and the Thomas tunnel for hours, if he is not holding a train it is a ball or pushing a truck around!  He will not eat baby food or anything pureed, it must look like what we are eating or he will not touch it!  Max says…Mommy, Daddy, Zo Zo, Kitty, Dog, Juice, Choo-Choo, Milk, All Done, More, Baa (blanket), Ball, Night-Night, JJ, Shoes, and he knows several animal sounds.  I am still in shock he is already 1!!

Happy Birthday Max (November 3, 2009)

Halloween!!!

What a “treat”  it is to be able to “trick or treat” in the “hood”!  We have such  wonderful neighbors and the boys just love being out and about!  Getting a little candy along the way just makes thing that much better!!!!

Blake dressed up like Wubbzy, a character from a TV show and Max was the cutest frog you will ever see!!

Just for a few laughs, Brad and I dressed up this year.  I was the “swine” flu and Brad was Micah…

“The Truck”

This was another one of mine and Heather’s “good ideas”!

I think it turned out really well!!!

I will be adding a few more pictures to this post…. we have one of all 4 boys in the back of the truck that is wonderful.  It is a picture that I hope the boys cherish.  I know I will, Heather is my oldest friend and I am so grateful our boys will have the same friendship.
