My normal photographer is just weeks away from welcoming baby Nolan into the world, so I did not bother her with the little man’s 3 month photo shoot.  Instead I took a stab at it myself,  I think I will be asking her to edit a few that Brad and I feel are “frame worthy”.

Max 3 MonthPhoto shoot, check out all the pictures and let me know what you think!  I do not plan to quit the day job, but they are not half bad.

My niece, Olivia, turned 4 this year!  It has amazed me how much she has changed and grown during these past 4 years.  She has such a wonderful attitude and a personality that everyone wants their children to have.  We are so lucky to have this little girl as a niece and neighbor!

This year Ryan and J had Livie’s birthday celebration at 5 Star Gymnastics.  This was a hit for all ages!   All Shakers wanted to do was BOUNCE.  Brad had a nice cardio workout chasing him all over the gym!

A good friend of mine has a very talented Mother!  I can not believe the adorable outfits, diaper bags, totes…the list goes on and on that she can put together.  This past summer she made me a “ZOO” carrier, it is made from a lime green giraffe print fabric.  I had this “little” bump, AKA Max, all summer and was unable to carry Blake on our MANY trips to the zoo.  So I broke it in at the Festival of Lights this year.  The first of many trips this beautiful carrier will make through a zoo!

This was one of the warmer nights this past winter and there were so many people out, it made it so easy to navigate through the crowd and Shakers was able to see everything!  I even talked my brother, Ryan, into carrying Preston.

Thank You Mrs. Chalk!!!!!

The past few days Blake would tell Brad and I POOP!!  We would do like any parent of a 19 month old…turn him over and smell his bottom… and nothing, then about 10 minutes later, there it was!  So I went out yesterday and bought Blake a Diego Potty.  This morning Blake came to me and said POOP, I ran to the Diego potty and was to late.  So he sat on the potty anyway (he likes to play with the TP) and I went to get him a diaper, when I came back he was Peeing!!!  We are really hoping that this is the start of something more and in a few months I will only be buying diapers for 1!  Do you think it is to early to sit Max on the potty too??? haha

I had to snap a picture of the little guy on the big boy potty… I know he is backwards, my Mom said that was easy for her to train the boys and after a few times of getting soaked she flipped them around and it was all down hill!  (until you teach them to stand, then you have a whole different type of mess)

Yeah for my BIG BOY!!

The Perez family came in town this New Years and Brad and I were so excited when Lissa and the kids came over for a visit.  ** A little background**  I started watching Luke when he was a few months old, he was the ring bearer in our wedding, and Lukey and his family have been like family to me over the past 9 years**  I wish that they never left Cincy, but I am grateful that we are still in contact!

Trains have taken over my house!  During the past few months Blake has shown a TON of interest in Choo-Choos.  This Christmas our families (and Brad and I) went a little crazy on the Thomas/train stuff…..

From trips to see different exhibits

At his 2 month checkup he was 13.1 lbs and 25inch long!  He is starting to squeal when he sees Blake or a toy.  I can not believe how big my little man is getting!

I know I am a little late with the Holiday Greetings, but I have 2 young kiddos!  The end of 2008 has been wonderful in the Woolridge house.  We welcomed a new baby,  ate way to much at Thanksgiving…and Christmas, visited several train AKA choo-choos exhibits, and spent time with our family and friends.

Even though the past few weeks have been a lot of work, Brad and I have enjoyed every minute of it.  Blake has a new obsession with trains and Max is growing like a weed.  We are so very excited to see what 2009 will bring us.
